IIEMSA Ruimsig- terrible student relations

.For a private educational institution they have alot of work to get to the standard of the likes of WITS, UJ and even UNISA when it comes to assisting students. Their student relations office either are not trained or simply are not interested in assisting students with the admin side of their studies. Too often you side that portals don't work, assignments submission is an absolute nightmare and should something go wrong they are always ready too advise student that nothing can be done. The amount of money parents pay, surely IIEMSA should atleast try harder to appear to want to assist students and parents.
