Terrible service overall

Terrible service overall. Mum is 71 and i installed this company for years for her. When she has an issue she was giving the controll room number to call. It was supposed to be the other way around. They should be call her. Requested cancelation in September 2022. They responded i still need to pay for 2 months after my cancellation request. End November they double billed me and its still not cancelled. Staff are so ***********. Terrible all round.
