Worst place to stay

The worst property management and the worst property i ever stayed in. I rented at Stanley Park. 1. The maintenance manager is rude, doesnt help, gets drunk in the units above me and comes out Sunday morning with his Whiskey in his hand, leaning against my car, telling me he wants food - this is supposed to be a maintenance MANAGER. 2. I left the property, the same maintenance manager did the property inspection. Told me he only painting has been indicated as required. I received a quote where IHSPM has taken my entire deposit - R10 000. For things that were broken in the property when i arrived. These things were not advised by the maintenance manager as being inserted on the inspection sheet. Now they are there. Who added it? 3. The upkeep of the property is pathetic. When i was there for about a month, the light fitting came out - i was told my child broke it - same rude maintenance manager. 4. People from upstairs throw their dirty in my garden. When i ask for it to be addressed, nothing happens.

This was the worse place to stay. i couldnt get out fast enough. Not only if the upkeep poor, the head office if absolutely pathetic to keep our deposits (full deposit) for damage that exited before i moved it. Dont waste your time by going to stay here.
