THINK TWICE BEFORE MOVING TO STANELY PARK UNIT 99

What a horrible company and useless personnel. There are no proper communication lines in place, so if you are moving in as a tenant you will have to figure almost everything out on your own. There is a great guy named Veli, very helpful and attends to tenants queries but as for the rest of the staff, TRASH! If you have made the mistake of moving there, rest assured that there will be tricks to ensure that you do not get all of your deposit back. And if you are unlucky like us, you will charged an extra maintenance fee that comes out of nowhere. Failure to settle this mysterious amount, you will be threatened to be blacklisted. I made a 3 month payment plan with one of their agents Yonela to settle the amount. So far we have made 2 payments but one is not reflecting on the statement. We have sent numerous emails with supporting documentation for the payments made thus far but there are no responses from the agent handling my account. I tried calling, she is nowhere to be found! I also saw a bad review from a guy that stayed in the same apartment as I did so clearly we are not the only ones smh. The complex is nice though, they have a pool and stuff *sigh* LOL
