THANDEKA MASEKO wants to know so we have to tell her!!!!

THANDEKA MASEKO is an extremely rude and condescending person. I fell behind on my rent and had my lights cut. I called today after paying up my arrears to be reconnected and she said once the proof of payment was received then the electricity would be reconnected within an hour. A few hours later I called in just to let her know I was still waiting. She asked for my details again (probably deals with many clients a day so not an issue) I gave her all the info but then she proceeded to ask me why I was paying today. I told her the account was in arrears so I paid today, she asked me again why I was paying today. Confused at her question I asked her to elaborate, she then proceeded with “your rent is due on the 1st, why are you paying today”. I was appalled, ma’am I am under no obligation to explain any of my financial situation to any employee of a creditor!! Yours is to arrange payment, receive proof of payment and proceed to assist with reconnecting utilities. I proceeded to tell her that was not any of her business and she hung up. Tried calling back and she wouldn’t take the call. Do I need to explain my finances to get help? Even though I have paid I will be questioned? If I am waiting for money from selling my **** videos then what? Are those the details that are needed??? Please, I need answers. The work instruction in that Credit Control department needs to be revised because this is not it!!!
