STAY AWAY FROM IHSPM!

I moved out of Cussonia Central, Midrand, which is owned by Ihspm at the end of June 2022. An exit inspection was done with Ibrahim, who stated that All was well with the flat except for two marks on the walls, most likely caused by furniture as I was moving out, as well as a faulty toilet light. Ibrahim even took cell phone images and asked me confirm the exit inspection. It was therefore to my horror when three months after moving out, I discovered that Ihspm had attempted to deduct 3800 rand's from my bank account. The debit failed as I was in the process of switching banks. I sent ihspm an email to ask what the debit was all about, and got no response.I would encourage Any person even thinking about renting with these ********** to Seriously reconsider their option, as they Will be ****ed!
