Rental application

App**** for rental in Midrand...agent told me it has been declined probably as I am overcommitted.Then send bank-statements of my business account(3months) later asked to send for 6 months...I did having asked my bank to send in a pdf format.This was on friday the 30th.As we had to move out of current townhouse, was faced with challenge of storing our belongings.Fortunately a friend came to our rescue.Agent Rachel even acknowledged receiving additional income bank statements..Monday no response and had to call her...Responds by saying I must send 6 months bank statement ( I had sent on friday).She is insensitive and not empathetic...Imagine in this rain if we had no place to store belongings what would have happened to our belongings.It is only fair if told whether approved/ not approved to try other places but her promises which are ********* really frustrate me
