Refund charges

I am very ANGRY at IHSPM regarding my refund . They are charging me for a pop up plug that was never installed from the beginning on my expense and also charging R650 for painting window frames that were damaged by the sun . I have complained so many times and they keeping saying they are escalating this with the property manager but nothing is done about it.

Zoey from their Refund department is supposed to help me with this but she doesn't reply to emails and calls .

DO NOT RENT Via IHSPM they will over charge you when you move out and install new things on your expense.
