Poor Service received by tenants and owners of IHSPM Real Eztate

What a worst nightmare staying at IHSPM Real estates. Particularly The Block Security Estates in Bellville South industrial, Glen Haven in Cape Town. The service is so poor that everyday we are complaining about our clothes being ****** on the laundry line and the management is doing nothing about it. There is physical security at the gate, however people just come in and out as they please, no one is monitored. No vehicle is monitored, whether going in or out. There's no safety whatsoever for tenants and owners. The level of noise by other tenants is so disturbing that on weekends new babies barely sleep. Everything is written, "at your own risk" so that the management won't have to account. What what kind of an estate is it where a wellbeing of a tenant is not taken into consideration. Tenants have been without hot water for the past 2 weeks, to date nothing has been done. Our complaints are never attended to and as a result, there is never resolution for any complaint whatsoever. I would never recommend anyone to rent or buy in this place.
