NO WATER FOR 3 MONTHS

I have been struggling on without water for 3 months now... Numerous complaints has been handed in with Leonard the property manager, Monica van Staden, Jack the property manager and the Maintenance boss, and still nothing is done about it.... I have to wear dirty clothing and underwear because I can't wash my clothing, I can't bath, and due to this have developed an infection that had to be treated by my gynecologist with antibiotics... I have to live in filth, because I have NO WATER to clean my home - just to add I am allergic to dust and this can also trigger my asthma attacks which can lead to death - I have to go for an operation within 2 weeks from now to remove a uncurable disease that can also lead death! If I cannot live hygienically it worsens my this disease when I get infections... I now once again have to get +-100litres of water so I can flush my damn toilet at least 2x a day... I have to pay 100's rands now to take my clothing to a laundromat to wash and iron, money that I don't have! According to law water is the one basic thing, that no matter what NO CITIZEN IN THIS COUNTRY IS SUPPOSED TO GO WITHOUT!!!!! Gauteng Rental Housing Tribunal is just as useless, CSOS cannot help because IHS is not a registered company with them!!! I cannot keep on living in filth.... I cannot not bath every night... Last week Thursday it was said there is only 3 flats who is complaining about NO WATER supply, today they say there is only ONE FLAT complaining amd that's me... I have so many proof on my phone that shows I am not lying!!!!!!! Besides that, the fact that I have not been able to do any washing and had to use bottled water to get around, my water bill still runs sky high!!!! My question is how can I be using water if I have to live off'f bottled water?????? Even my toilet is starting to smell like a longdrop because I cannot flush it...!!!! These people are sick as hell and flippen disgusting, expecting a person to live in so much filth just because they don't care about another persons hygiene!!!!
