LEGAL ACTION AGAINST IHSPM FOR REFUND

I need legal assistance , I want to lay a formal complaint against IHSPM. they do not want to pay my money back. The Candice woman is the worst at not doing her job.

She is even telling me she does not know when I will get my money back.
