IHSPM - "Try speaking to someone that can help you challenge." utterly bad service.

So I am trying to get my debit order for my rent enabled as it just stoped working. Rude guy answers my phone "What do you need sir", I explain the problem, he "says speak to Monica" - I immediately get transferred for the second time. Not sure who this Monica is but she does not answer her phone. The only thing I like about them is NOT having to deal with them as it is virally impossible - you get tossed around from holding for 10 mins then again "Who would you like to speak to?" This is just another one of those SA companies that we all wish we didn't have to deal with but have no choice. Right up there with Telkom...
