IHSPM Cross Berry -I don’t recommend staying there

Firstly I was approved for first floor the day I was moving all the way EC I was given third floor because the place I was approved for change his mind about moving out.

Fine because I was desperate I took the last floor. I stayed there for two months.

When I was moving the property manager told me that the sliding door was not working and he will make note it in the inspection form.

Two months after staying there.When I am moving out he is charging me for the costs of the sliding door, bathroom door that I didn’t not damaged

When I request for last tenant exit form to compare the damages that were identified from the previous tenant, they refusing saying due to POPIA Act they cannot share.

The good noted in the form is the proof that the sliding was working.

Any lawyers please assist.
