IHS property management are Useless!!

My rental managing agents are useless!! I have had no hot water for a week. They don't respond to messages or emails. Can't get hold of the telephonically. Building manager is useless too!!! I have prepaid hot water and have units but no hot water for days. No one is responding.!!!! I am a human being and I am paying for a service man!!!
