IHS ARE A ******* , PATHETIC AMOUNT WAS CHARGED,

I am extremely dissatisfied with IHS Property Management. They have charged me an unreasonable amount for an old property, with items that were already damaged and beyond my control. Due to a family emergency, I had to leave for Durban on November 9th and was unable to commit to being present for the inspection.
