Disgusting and ********* behaviour received at Terenure Estate- IHSPM

I moved into Terenure Estate, Kempton Park in 2019 and upon moving into the unit, there were numerous faults. The person who assisted me with the rental left the company overnight and I was not assisted to rectify all these issues. Each time I had a problem with the unit, I was asked for payment until sending the initial mail that was sent when I took ownership of the unit. I moved out at the end of January 2023 and I was asked to pay +- R2800 for painting whereas the house was not fully painted when I moved in. I even had the maintenance guy ******* the blinds during our exit inspection and charged me for the holes in the wall. This is totally unacceptable and they are ripping people off overnight. The manager refuses to budge with refunding my full deposit and he insists I need to give him back the unit the way it was received whereas the unit was in a much better condition when I left. Disgusting, *********, and unprofessional service received when they need to give back people's deposits.
