Bad communication and mistreatment from agent

Agent -Sinoxolo

On 22/02/2025, Sinoxolo informed me that the apartment I was approved for had been given to someone else. This was after I had been trying to get an invoice from her and was unaware of the change. With my current apartment's lease ending on 01/03/2025, Sinoxolo allowed me to view the apartment without disclosing that it was no longer available. She then ignored my calls and abruptly told me that there were no units available.
