Ridiculous rent increase

I live at The Village security estate in Centurion. For the 3 years that I have stayed here I received a yearly increase of R100.yesterday we get letter that advises of an increase of R350 This is a big jump from the R100.

For a company that can not manage the noise at the complex one that does not assist with any repairs or unblocking of blogged drain this is an ridiculous increase . This shows that IHS has not taken their residents into consideration when making such an increase in such hard financial Times.

I guess this is good bye as most people are not happy with this .I think more desperate people will take this offer . I hope they open their eyes when the complex is half empty because this is ridiculous 😢
