IHS "NO DEPOSIT" FOR CERTAIN PEOPLE

IHS advertised flats at The village, Clubview as a NO DEPOSIT special and nowhere in the advert or in the convos with the agent did it come up that there might be T&Cs that could possibly apply, so we app**** for a joint lease this flat is notoriously known as a NO DEPOSIT flat from the beginning, we app**** and guess what? We apparently had to pay a deposit when the advert clearly states there isn't one. This is misleading adverti*****t and the explanation Mpho the agent gave me was not satisfactory considering that my colleagues who are also commission based, stay there and didn't pay any deposit when moving in, the confusing part? The advert also says no deposit.
