I regret not looking at the reviews before I moved to Meadow ridge mews. They stole our deposit money and the building manager Philane **** about everything we reported to him during the course of our stay they because we didn't have whatsapp messages to prove anything. We paid for a mould which we had no control over. The flats arw near a river so it didn't matter if we open windows or not all the flats have mould. Other thank the mould which we tried to clean by the way, the flat was clean but we got a deposit of R1400 out of R6800.

IHS is a total ****. If you stay there and you paid deposit be careful.
