WOW GUYS. Someone please help me with information about how to open a case against this company. Is it even possible? I spoke to an agent by the name Cliff Masungi who assisted me with my application. I paid for everything as required and still have no apartment appointed to me. I called his Manager who's name I didn't get but he also isn't assisting me. Their head office that I've called multiple times also is not helpful. This has turned into the biggest nightmare. Bunch of ******** who have no remorse or conscious towards the next person. I want my money back!!!
