You will never get your deposit back😡PAY BACK THE MONEY!!!

The day we moved in Erand Creek "Estate" the apartment was filthy and full of roaches I paid people to come clean and we fumigated and some of the things were broken and we were told that maintainance was on leave which was understandable because it was the 1st week's of Jan but they never came. Through out the year we kept communicating with the building manager but noting was done. Around August we added the property manager Raymond to the chat because they had changed the building manager. He sent the acting building manager by the last name Chotia who said we must request the move in inspection form which we never got and they just left the issue, now we moved out and want our deposit and a guy by the name of Sbusiso Kubheka is disputing everything saying there's no proof that the issues were reported in the 1st 7days of moving in and big miracle happened the move in inspection was found noting only few things so they refusing to pay back our deposit 🙄. Their 1st reason was that we did not put in our notice when they investigated and found it was a lie the are clinging to the fact of not having proof that all this was not reported in the 1st 7days even though there's email trails that happened during the year "it was not reported in the 1st 7days of moving in" liers. We left that apartment way better than we found it. How come they don't compare our move in inspection to the previous tenants move out inspection to see the descrepencies and see who is the lier? I WANT My DEPOSIT BACK I FULL!!! IHS is taking people for a ride
