Wrongly billed

This company is really taking us for a ride. 1. They increased our rental from R6500 to R7150 with in one year. 2. I was late with payment in the month of February 2018, now I'm sitting with a bill they claim is for lawyers fees R650 which I find very stranger cause no lawyers phone me to make any arrangements with. 3. On my increase letter it states my rent will be effective as in the 1st of May 2018 but they claim I beside with the very same amountnthey say its lawyer fees. 4. This matter is really having a bad impact on my credit scoring and wanna take this matter further with the Housing Tribuenal. 5. The lady who called me when payment was due just said I must make arrangements next time I'm going to pay late but now I owe them lawyers fees all of this does not add up. 6. My partner called in as well they told her it's debit order fees since when do we pay via debit order, our payment method since we've moved in is via EFT now are told it's debit order fees. All I'm staying is that they are ******. Cause we are busy with a petition all of us in the complex we taking this matter further. I just wanna expose them on my side as well hence I want them to clear this mess they have made.
