Worst service ever.....

Honestly sooo .........ssed off with the service I get, its taking over a week now to get any feedback, the staff / agents dont get back to you or answer their messages and calls. Ive been phoning EVERY SINGLE DAY now for a week and then you hold on for 30-40 mins at a time to just end up with nothing at the end. Even after telling them your frustration and urgency for the feedback you still get nothing
