Worst properties ever

I've been staying at Ekhaya Estate owned/runned by IHS property management company and I have had the worst experience when it comes to resolution of maintenance. There was a plumbing issue within a week or so from transferring to the unit, then growth of mold on the walls which i was not informed about until I enquired with the building manager and it turns out they have known about this issue for years, they just paint over the mold annually (isnt that ******* as mold is known to cause respiratory issues). Now i have a geyser issue, which the building manager is nonchalant about because I am not one of his drinking buddies within the complex.

The escalation process on the maintenance portal is just as useless.

Do not waste your time staying at a property managed by IHS because they are useless. You will constantly be frustrated and inconvenienced.
