Worst maintenance manageability

I am currently having the worst experiencing with this company's property management at the Stoneleigh apartments in Brakpan. Since the IHS group took over my queries are never resolved. I'm stuck at the moment where my water is not working for the past week because a pump is broken. Maintenance have no decency even to communicate with their residents to notify them on the progress. Definitely the worse property company when it comes to resolving issues, this is a NO GO.
