Worst agency for sure!

<p>We have received the worst service ever from IHS. Contacted the agent to go view a property. Told the agent we would confirm on friday, 20.01.2017, the time we would like to view the apartment on sunday. I messaged the agent on Thursday, via whatsapp where we had been communicating, to ask a question about the property. The agent read my message but did not reply. On friday i messaged the agent to confirm our viewing and again he read the messaged and did not respond. It is now sunday and still haven't heard from this agent. I can asure you that at this point i would not recommend them to anyone! On monday, 23.01.2017, i will be calling the agency to report all of this to management however will not be using their services.</p>
