Worst administration they never took debit orders on time and manual payments always got lost. When I had to move out they did not pay back the deposit and argued it’s for painting , bear in mind I only stayed for 3 months the house was not dirty, they took over R7000 and paid back around R3000 only. They said my keys were missing I still explained to them that they have all of them and still deducted R466 for 1 key that costed R45…. Just stay away if you don’t want drama
