Worse rental

Poorly management, this company is run by foreigners who knows nothing about customer service. They force a debit order only to debit you when they feel like it and amounts you didn’t agree with them. Their credit controller prudence mausha very rude and seem to not understand what they are doing. I requested for a change of payment date hence my partner was the one making payments they refused simply because I stopped their debit order and paid via eft. They harassed me knocking on my door when I leave their building manager would ask for proof of payment that has already been paid. They say I’m 20 days behind while I asked that I cannot pay on the 30 can they make adjustments they refused.

Let’s talk about their cheap material used inside the units which breaks every now and then and expect Tenants to pay for them.
