Waste of time, *********** staff

I dealt with Elizabeth (Midrand). She’s rude, *********** and clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing.

I viewed an apartment more than 3 weeks ago and she’s yet to send me the relevant forms. I’ve made contact with her (via phone calls and WhatsApp texts) more than 7 times since I viewing the apartment to follow up. She claims she sent the forms (which she didn’t). When I informed her that I never received them, she insisted that she sent them and began speaking to me very rudely when I asked her to send them again.

I don’t think I’ve ever met an individual who’s this terrible at their job. If she’s the sort of individual that they have dealing with potential clients, then IHS must have very low standards.

I contacted the head office to complain and ask if there was an alternative person who could assist. The person I spoke to at their head office was equally useless. I’m appalled and have decided to go look elsewhere coz wow.
