Very poor service and they harassment

Bad bad bad bad and bad. They don't make arrangements with tenants. Even if your rented from them for more than a year without missing rent, once you miss rent and try to make arrangements with they they will refuse or ignore your email and send people to *******ly disconnect your electricity.
