Urgent Response

I am extremely disappointed with Little Manhattan Student Accommodation in Pretoria West. My sister, who resides there, has been without electricity since this morning, and this is not the first time this has happened. I have also heard from former tenants that these outages are a recurring issue, often lasting for days or even months, with no proper communication or resolution from management.

Electricity is a basic necessity, especially for students who need it for their studies and daily lives. The lack of transparency and failure to provide a stable living environment is completely unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved immediately, my sister will be cancelling her contract and will not be paying another cent.
