Urban Ridge West IHS -Deposit payment.

The developer has poor building manager by the name Martha Kunene..The manager has bad communication and bad attitude she does not even take calls from tenants whenever they want to enquire about something..I have moved in building 2018 everything was fine until we moved out 2021 August 31. The manager came to view the unit and gave us our liabilities before we get the deposit,we were instructed to paint the unit and the paint spec was given to us by Maintanance team lady by the name Wilma .we painted the unit and fixed everything..When they have to pay our deposit the Building manager Martha just send us mail saying we used wrong paint and they have repainted the unit ..1st of all We called her to come check the paint but she never answers the phone and security told us she is around.The office was not locked from 9am until left the complex 17:00 she was not there and she never came back to us...This is Bad management..We want our deposit back from IHS..
