Urban Ridge West ! Don’t live in a property by IHS property management

If i could give this place Zero stars i would. The week of me moving in , I was promised by my agent , Margaret that the items listed would be fixed and the home will be cleaned and fumigated. Unfortunately nothing was done !!!! I had to beg these people to fumigate because of the insane amount of ****roaches, the home was disgusting because it wasn’t cleaned !!!!! As the for items that needed to be fixed , they didn’t even bother! Their excuse was is that it was already fixed as per their system !!!! I finally move out but now they’re holding my deposit, why? Because the items they refused to fix , now becomes my fault ! Whatever you do , DONT live here !!! They take your money but will never help you . I’ve attached a picture of how they don’t even clean outside after other unruly people party. Upon me telling them that I will be reporting all of this , their response is a don’t care attitude of “Noted, thanks” from Andries I even sent their building manager Martha pictures of the damages but she refused to admit the truth ! Tyne noise levels are insane and all these people want is your money, that’s it !
