I am not happy with the service that I received from this company at all. On 13 Dec 2022 agent advised that application takes about 48 hours to approve, and I was only approved 2 weeks after that day. My lease started on 01 JAN 2023 but could only move on 04/01/2023 due to them not being honest and not having paper work ready on times then comes back to blame it on holidays. I made full payment two weeks prior to my lease starting and I was still given a unit I never asked for and slightly smaller. When i called the agent to ask why he did such only then he tells me that the unit I wanted were under construction of renovations of which he never told me such in the beginning then went on to say that he is busy with a client he will call (He never did). There is no integrity nor respect here and honestly R18500.00 is a lot of money for this bull****.
