Unprofessional heartless agents at urban ridge

Unprofessional heartless agents giving worst service. False advertising. Called Elizabeth yesterday to send the application form link, I was struggling to get hold of her, she eventually sent it, wrong application with wrong apartment and higher price. I been calling her today the whole day and no answer or response to whatsapp. They always do this, her and her colleague Cliff. They don't answer your calls if they know your numbers. i asked someone to dial their number and they do answer. I don't understand why they ignore people's calls instead of just simply saying what the problem is. I find their service very heartless esp in my situation. That is not how you work with people. Especially with soo many negative reviews. Now we will be stranded and all thanks to ihs
