Unprofessional creditors department

Rude and unprofessional service.

No one replies to email queries and the same problem will persist for months without a solution. When you call into creditors department, the workers are rude, unprofessional and provide no solution. This company destroyed by credit record for something I have been asking them to resolve for months. I have never skipped my monthly rental but every month I get message to say I am late while they are the ones who didn't debit the rent.

Treating people paying rent like you are doing them a favour.
