Unprofessional agent

I have never dealt with an unprofessional person like blessing okoye who is a property agent at Stephany green In parklands I app**** for a flat to rent she so unhelpful and unwilling to assist sent application on line she did not get back to and give feedback weather my application was successful or not I tried to contact her but she is not taking my calls, what happened to customer service? Even today I have not recieved feedback I’m still waiting
