Unprofessional agent

Very disgusted by the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism from one of your agent lady Bontle. We went to do an inspection with my boyfriend at one of your properties and every time I would ask a question she would ignore me and direct the answers to my boyfriend. A couple of weeks back went to view the places together and she was assisting us then and when I would call and ask for information regarding the complex to finalise our decision to move she wouldn't assist me particularly.

Nonetheless, we are moving in soon and hopefully we will not be dealing with her anymore.
