Unpaid Deposit at THERESA PARK ESTATE

<p>Im extremely unhappy about the way IHS properties handle thir clients. my husband and i moved ou at the end od december and they sent us a dunk person to do inspection, when we moved in most of the thing were not perfect, icluding the door handles, litchen and bedroom cupbords. we reportet it and themanagement knew about our problems. so now we moved out and on the 30th of december and the person who did and inspection WAS DRUNK as it was a friday, so when we were there he ticked everthing correctly, so now when we suppose to get out deposit they added a lot of bull into our inspection sheet, my husband then requested for a copy thats when we reliased that other things were added after, </p> <p> </p> <p>To prove that these IHS people are ripping people off, one of the weiredest thing they charged us was a bathroom plug, of which they claimed it was missing, its not a 5star flat let alone 3*** NONE OF THE FLATS HAVE THE PLUGS IN THEIR BATHROOM..I personally cleaned the walls as two day after we moved out the flat, it was immediately occcipied, when did they repain the whole house? </p> <p> </p> <p>We want our deposit finish and klssr, i willl never refer to anyone in THERESA PARK ESTATE as the management are croocks, its nice when you pay the but when you have to get your deposit it has to be war.. not they are dodging and avoiding our calls and not replying to our email </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
