Unit 179 Molware Estate

If you move into unit 179, make sure the walls are all repainted, the mould in the bathroom needs repainting as well. The main bedroom window catch is rusted and broken, the kitchen cupboard is broken and warn. The doors all have oil crosses made with a finger. The small bedroom wardrobe shelf needs a new clip, the oven does not have a pan and kitchen doors drags on the floor.

Make sure you check all of this and more on your inspection moving in and dont sign anythong the caretaker gives you on their phone without you reading it.

I am being held liable for all of the above while it was all pre existing when I moved in. If you move in and its all still that way, do you see how much of a **** IHSPM is.

And rather move there when theres a no deposit special coz youll never see your deposit back.
