Unfair practice

<p>i am currently renting a property manager by ihs properties (Southgate Ridge unit 265) and today I came back early from the office because I was not feeling well and my sister had left with the key. I went to the property office on the complex to ask for the spare key and they advised that they do not have one.</p> <p> </p> <p>I don't understand how the office does not have a spare when we only received one key when we moved in. Does this mean they don't keep spare keys of the units? Then this is really disturbing</p> <p> </p>
