I was a tenant at Urban Ridge West in Midrand. I moved out end of September and did the exit inspection with the building manager by the name of Martin Togwe. He confirmed that everything was in order since I made sure the apartment was in the same condition I found it. To my surprise I just received an invoice from IHS, when I queried it they said it's for maintenance. I asked what is it they are maintaining and they emailed me the exit inspection which the building manager did not give me. To my surprise, they say the walls were dirty, light bulbs not working which is a lie, and they are even charging me for water damage which I reported when I moved in and I was told that they are dealing with more urgent issues and never fixed it. On top of it all the building manager signed the inspection on my behalf even though I was present because he did not want me to see what he had written. If this is not ***** , I don't know what this it.
