Thretening and demanding letters

I received a threatening to evict me on 20 December and demanding letter from this Company, signed by Marijke Joubert, stating that I did not pay my rent for 3 months, amounting to R17850. I only saw these letters last night, and I asked myself, should I have left for my home village, then by the time I come back in January 2016 I would have find my belongings in the street for no reason.<br> I called them this morning to let them know about my dissatisfaction, and that I have been paying my rent in full, and before the 1st of each month as per the contract, all they could say was they are sorry, and it might be a misallocation of funds from their side, and that their system is faulty. The nerve of them sending letters before investigating the funds that are sitting somewhere in their bank accounts. What I fail to understand is, I have been paying, using the same reference number since I moved in the apartment in September 2014, now they are telling me about misallocation of funds. <br> These people do not care about the tenants, all they care about is the money, if they cared enough, they would have sent me an sms or called me to notify me of the outstanding rent.
