They fail to fix my geyser

It’s been a month since I moved in Acacia security estate in Duvha Part k Witbank Emalahleni 5 days in the property my geyser was not working I reported the issue they took to ever to fix it now my roof is leaking and the shower glass is not in good condition it’s leaking aswell after shower there is water all over I’ve sent several emails to all departments but no response it’s been a week and two days in total still my geyser is not working but they want their money end off this month they failed to debit on time I got a call the day before yesterday about my debit order I payed via EFT sent them the proof of payment but still they never responded untill now their service and the way they run business sucks I’m very unhappy I don’t know why I decided to stay in that place to date
