They don’t want to pay back my deposit

Worst place to live at. I got evicted with a months notice and these people are refusing to pay me my deposit and charging for for paint for the entire unit even walls that are titled. I’ve been calling the property manager for weeks and it’s been over 2 months of trying to get my deposit from Johannes Sompane and his boss who have been avoiding taking my calls.
