Theresapark Estates- STAY AT OWN RIS****

IF THERE WERE NEGATIVE STARS THERESAPARK ESTATES, UNDER IHS PROPERTIES ,WOULD DESERVE THEM!

My flat got broken into in December, along with 4 other flats. While there's security guards and worse my flat is next to the care taker.

Then this morning, a car was hijacked, with a tv inside. So basically they broke into a flat, stole their belongings and sommer took their car too. My husband was waiting for transport and the same people pointed him with a gun trying to take his phone, RIGHT NEXT TO THE GUARD POST! Meanwhile the guards are sleeping.

IHS properties were not even remorseful towards my incidence in december. No extra security measures were taken.

Moreover the place is very loud. We had neighbours who had parties almost every weekend, blasting music till the am's.
