The residence parklands

Im staying at The Residence in parklands and its managed by IHS. I have had to get maintenance to fix 5 things already and i only have 3 months living here. Everything is falling off, the geyser just stopped worked, the kitchen sink was block within 3 weeks moving in due to them installing wrong connections, the list is endless!!!! The maintenance guy is extremely unprofessional. This place was made in such a rush the quality is poor and everything is falling apart including my front door which hasn’t been repaired because they want to charge me R5000 even though the technician they called out clearly saw that the hinges loosened up due to poor installation and misaligned hinge when he Conducted the investigation they asked him to do. The door literally cracked in half where the hinges were drilled. I currently dont have a front door and its been 3 weeks the maintenance guy couldn’t care less.
