Thandeka Maseko is very rude for a person that deals with customers

The property management as a whole is a good company, I have stayed at one of their building before, have never had an issue, but recently have dealt with a debt collector that was extremely rude, her name is Thandeka Maseko, very rude lady, I couldn't hear her clearly on the call and I kept telling her that I can hear her, she became rude and hung... because I couldn't hear her when she called me, I called her back to let her know that I wanted to talk to her about my situation and let her know why my rental was late, she was still rude and continued to raise her voice. As for treating customers fairly- this just ruined my day and the experience that I have had with the company
