TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM IHS

I received a letter of demand saying that i am owning a rent of 3,240.09, i moved out the complex three years ago and did not even get my deposit money this is craze please fix this unit FG152 Fleurhof PM 1402 Salinga Crescent Vogelstruisfontein, i have never missed any rent.what a terrible service
